I get the hype now. Lightweight non-tacky vitamin C. Since I've been using vitamin c for years now, the effects aren't as noticeable but I can comment on texture. It doesn't give as much of an instant glow as another vit C I've tried but I prefer the feel of this one on my face since I have combo skin and don't like thick layers in the morning. It is like a toner. Pretty watery. Does have a funny smell but I'm used to it since it goes away after it dries down.

I've ordered Timeless vitamin C from another website, even though it was cheaper but the bottle was slightly oxydised by the time it arrived. In the attached image, you can see the liquid in the bottle from The Formula is crystal clear and the one that has been oxydised is yellowish. Oxydised Vitamin C is useless and could be harmful to my skin therefore I'd rather pay a bit more to get a fresh one.

Unlike many other vitamin c serums…it comes in an airless pump and is not sticky (I typically use my vitamin c serum at night on alternate days to retinaldyde).
I see real results with this serum in a short amount of time. My skin is brighter and pigmentation from acne scars fades so much quicker (even on my medium brown skin),
Please don’t ever stop selling this product.

I love this product and have been using it for around a year now. It absorbs really quickly and I can personally see the effects of using it. Most recently I purchased the large size 120ml bottle as my daughter and husband tend to also use it. Last week the pump top just popped off for no reason and some of the contents spilled. The pump no longer works (I assume it was a pressure pump) and the liquid has turned a brownish colour with a weird bacon smell. It must have oxidised once the top popped off. Very disappointing as it was a relatively expensive purchase. I will buy the product again as i really like it, but i have now wasted around 80ml of this product.

I have very sensitive skin and I was a bit anxious about how my skin would take it, but it has been amazing so far. No allergic reaction at all, which is unusual, as even products designed for sensitive skin often give me an allergic reaction. Very happy with the product, will definitely keep using it.
The packaging is not the best though. It is a bit hard to control the amount of product I want to use in each application, but nothing too dramatic. I’m getting better at it.

I have tried many different brands of Vitamin C products but this one trumps them all in terms of efficacy and value for money. This contains L Ascorbic Acid and the fact that it comes in a handy airless pump bottle means it’s less likely to oxidise. This serum is it! I've been looking for an affordable vitamin c that is comparable to Skinceuticals CE Ferulic for ages that ticks all my boxes - water-based, with the inclusion of ferulic acid and vit e! The packaging is great too, as vit c can be so unstable. This serum comes in an airless, opaque pump. The product is very good but the pump action bottle is terrible.
The liquid dribbles down the side of the bottle rather than onto your fingers.
I think a lot of work needs to be done on the design of the bottle.
